I ordered on the morning of Wednesday, June 1st. I understand it was the jubilee weekend but it stated it would arrive within 2 days but it's still not here 7 days later.

I tried calling them but their phones are constantly engaged which means it's been left off the hook. They're probably being rung every 2 seconds asking where orders were. No response from emails, FB or Twitter.

It's the first time I've ordered from them and probably the last.

Goods came through about 9 days after ordering. They blamed the Jubilee but when I pointed out I ordered on Wednesday morning it fell on deaf ears.
