Hinges screws coming loose

Hi Guy’s
I have this internal Door where the hinges screws keeps coming loose after 3-4 months, I filled the hole with broken matchsticks and try and screw the screws, but it is not tight and this is standard door frame and I suspect the door frame where the screws goes must be hollow.

What is best way to make it solid without taking the door frame out or do I need to take the door frame out.

general comments
the frame will be around 32-38mm thick [1 1/4- 1 1/2"] so make sure your screws are no7/4mm screws fully threaded no shank just thread
try gluing in the matchstick/wood slithers and make sure a point and when you think enough in the space knock in another 1or even 2 and cut off flat
in general if you use a drill bit on the hinge for a screw and remove some material you need as compact and filled as possible if a bradawl or cut screw then quite full as you are compressing material rather than removing so support is still there

Hinge side I think it will be 1”inch this is 2nd time I have filled the hole with match sticks with glue and now the bottom hinge all 3 screws missing and this house is used by carer looking after a dementia patient.
I was going to stick more matchstick or Dowel or drill directly and go into brickwork and add long screws.

When I used to insert matchstick and compact it tight but the screw was not tight/tight so this I was thinking of wood dowel or wall plugs.even if it gets tight eventually it becomes loose.

Thanks for the information provided big-all.

my thoughts
in general, doors dont give any problems unless leverage is added to cause excessive force on the hinge, meaning a stop needs to be added to contain the force before leverage takes effect
in other words iff the door gets to say110 % off opening and binds on the architrave you need a floor block/pad/restrictor at perhaps 105% to avoid leverage as a say 30" door binding at say 3" will have 10 times magnification off force as in a 10 kilo push at the door edge will be 100kg or an adults weight off push
