I skimmed a 5.5 x 3.5 meter ceiling last week. It was to cover artex
Two coats of PVA glue and the first day I covered it with bonding and left it 24 hrs, then pva it again the day after and put 2 normal coats of multi on. Then a week and halve later, it fell off. The bonded all come down fetching the plaster with it. Any idea why ?

Was the PVA diluted? It is usual to mix three parts water to one PVA, do you think this ,ight be a contributing factor?
