User manual for Churchill Imstor Electr Central Heating Syst

Would anyone have a manual for the PCF 250-12 model?

I was running it on the winter setting for quite some time, but with the current electricity cost I noticed that it is heating up the water very often, averaging 1.2kW or almost 900kWh per month.
Changing the setting to summer turns off the heaters. They are not turned on even when the timer is set to heat up the water. All of the fuses are fine.
