What is social media coming to?

A while ago, I joined an "appreciation" group on FB, I do not believe what one person has recently posted.

"What time does your show in xyz town finish" (Town is irrelevant)

I don't know if I should laugh or cry, the poster appears to believe the "appreciated person" will answer their question.

I often see questions that ask for information that is easily obtainable with a quick Google search. What time does xx open? Does xx eatery sell xx food? Obviously they can't call the establishment cos that's too difficult.

My favourites though have to be during snowy weather when the classic "what is such and such road like?". These tend to last for a few days.

It is an indication of the morons we have in society these days. We have had it on here with stupid questions being asked that a child could answer. It is not the answer they want to hear, it is just to feel a part of something. So many people live in a lonely place where they cannot cut it in the real world and they live their life trying to belong to something. And the meek shall inherit the World.

There is so much miss information on social media you might just as well ignore about 75% of it and the remaining 25% you need to fact check yourself

Neelix, Misinformation, not Miss information. I did spend an enjoyable evening in my youth with a certain Miss givings though...

Getting back on topic, I don't really do social media apart from a couple of local facebook groups, I do wonder how the hell some people manage to wipe their own ar**s, not only is the spelling appalling (makanic for mechanic) for example , Also "Is there" when it should be "Are there"

There, Their and They're being used incorrectly... I could go on...
