Hi guys,
looking for a small'ish piece of vinyl to fit in a kitchen for a rental property.
3m x 2m would be enough.
Can anyone recommend places worth buying vinyl flooring from and things to look out for when buying?
Many thanks

If It's for a rental, and it's only 3 x 2 why not go to B & Q?

Fitting vinyl isn't as easy as you might think. The slightest slip with a stanley knife and you've ruined it. I would always say look for a local flooring company that will supply and fit. Also get the foam backed stuff. far more comfortable underfoot.

Done the bathroom there a few years ago. The kitchen is relatively squared off as well. Had local carpet guys there a few times (actually a kitchen fitter as well laid vinyl once) and they hadn't stuck the previous vinyl down on the edges and carpet in the bedrooms had no carpet grips. I did my own carpet in my bedrooms but the rental ile probably get the carpet shop in as they will need to do the stairs. Larger rooms as well they have a larger carpet stretcher. I just had the knee kicker.
