Hi, I use Facebook but only really for Groups. On the old version you could mark all notifications as "read" if you didn't want to read them. On the newer smartphone version I can't see how to do this. Have to open then close each notification to get rid. Anyone know if it's possible. It's a Samsung phone if that matters. Thanks, Pensioner.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.

Just to add (in case ANYONE comes across this thread)
depending on the mobile web browser you are using in your phone, it is possible to mark all as read.
what you need to do is go to the browser settings and flip to "desktop mode" "desktop view" etc, then the page refreshes and the mark all read is displayed.
If you want to go bock the a mobile browser setting just go back to your browser setting and turn off desktop mode. I use Firefox and do this all the time.
