Top Gear finally scrapped

Post by dewaltdisney »

At last Top Gear has been put out of its misery. It died when the BBC sacked Clarkson and the key players all walked off to Amazon. The show went down and down as the presenters failed to gel and it became a pale image of its former self. Flintoff's crash has given them the excuse to pull the plug as diminishing viewers and slow overseas sales were no longer viable against the huge production costs. I notice that they did not bin it when Hammond had a much more serious accident on the show so this is just an excuse. There are far better YouTube videos put out by small semi-amateur outfits like Tavarish which have higher viewing figures of 2.5m for one video.
