Tiling issues - Grouting, bowing and lipping

I'm hoping to get some opinions on some bathroom renovation work I've had done, and whether it should be deemed of an acceptable standard.

There are a few things that don't seem right to me:

- Tiling bowing. We've been assured that some bowing is normal, but do these look like they are within tolerance?

- Tile lipping in some areas.

- Application of epoxy grount. We were reccomended to have epoxy based grout instead of the normal stuff due to it's longevity and ease of maintenence, and were assured that the fitter could do a good job with it. We raised issue with a few holes in the grout, and he 'fixed' them by smearing silicone into them. Is this acceptable?

- Debris and dirt being walked into grout on floor after application. This is now permanantly stuck.

- Most surfaces in the bathroom now have a layer of hardened epoxy grout on the surface of them
