Damp in bedroom?

Hi all, first time poster here, hopefully some one can help on this.
I have just noticed tonight that the walls on my extension are absolutely dripping. The ceiling seems fine so I'm hoping it's not a roof leak but very concerned it's only on 3 outside walls, it seems to be taking shape of the block work (for some reason the photo has rotated) my gut feeling (and I'm hoping I'm right) is I need to stop being lazy and get round to bleeding the radiator as the room compared to the rest of the house is absolutely freezing.
Any advice would be really appreciated.
