I want to tile a wet room, it's on ground level concrete floor, it has vinyl which is glued to concrete floor with no issues since 2007. pls see pic below.
Can I tile over the vinyl?

Tile over vinyl
I would leave that well alone. Tiling over will bring up all sorts of issues.
