Cracking plaster

Hi people

I need some advice a year ago I had my walls skimmed . The guy done a terrible job I paid him he vanished don't ask !


I've noticed all the walking have now cracks appearing and the walls have cracks appearing in random places

The cellings are white so will be to touch up . My worry is the walls which are colour how do I fix these cracks I still have the original paint. Also will more appear !
