Central Heating Advice

Post by GlosRob »

Hi all I am after some advice. I need to extend my central heating from my newly built extension into the old part of my house. I need a radiator in each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs on the first floor and then a rad in the bathroom, utility and lounge on the ground floor.

The plumber left the flow and return capped off ready to extend. Can I extend the flow and return and tee off as in the picture below.

Should I tee off in 22mm and reduce at rads or tee off in 15mm?

The length of the hall way is approximately 5.5 meters and the rads will about 2.5 meters from the 22mm.

I hope this makes sense.
