Moving a socket

I have to move plug sockets from one all to another (to do with a pipe and a freezer). I’ve been asked to avoid conduit. Is this possible and if so, should I keep the fuse box and wire to another fuse box on the left? Or is there a better way that I haven’t thought of?
Many thanks,
Andy

Sorry it wasn’t very clear at all. I’ve been asked to move the sockets on the right hand side to the left hand side of the pipe by my wife. I will need to run extra cable chased into the wall in conduit. I was wondering what the best way to go about this is. The wires enter the socket from the back wall and there is no spare cable.
I didn’t know if I should leave the current fuse box in place, chase in some wires around the pipe to another fuse and then have the sockets attached to the fuse. This way, the joins in the wire will be safe. I’m probably missing a more obvious method.
Hope that makes more sense.

I don't see that you would gain anything by moving the socket a few cm. Put the freezer away from the wall, leave the socket where it is.
