Tiling on cobblestone

Hi, is there a way of laying outdoor ceramic tiles on top of this cobblestone/block paving? It’s very firmly cemented in.
The reason you've had no replies is................ no. it's not possible. that will all need digging out. lots more prep depending on what you find ...
