Suspended Cupboards with only wall mount support

Hi,
Attached are images of what the room looks like and the obstacles it presents for a novice DIY'er. This attachment shows a few numbers which are elements important to this project and will help lay the foundations.
1 - would be a custom cupboard unit I need to build
2 - would be a custom cupboard unit I need to build
3 - is an existing partial stud box that is NOT load bearing (cupboards cant rely enitrely resting on it), the stairway ceiling is within this box.
4 - is a brick exterior wall
5 - is a paramount wall
This Attachment shows 2 red handles and also show which way the units will open. 1 and 2 will not open the same way.
The question I have is, what form of units do I need to build and how to fix them to the wall (4) without causing any vertical load (or the least possible) to 3.
I am thinking for strength building a stud carcass and then encasing this carcass in mdf sheet, then using something like this to hang unit 2 off the wall. I'm not sure on which kind of cupboard build I need for 1 and how to hang it, as the side will become load bearing? From some of the research I have done it seems like if you do a normal rear mount for a unit, you can inset a batten or put it behind the MDF backboard so the finish is flush to the wall (to offset for wall mount thickness).
2 will become mostly a clothes rail if I don't move ahead with shelving, but either way both units must be able to hold 50kg+ as well as there own weight, I am not great with understanding the strength of MDF sheets in a carcass and what can be hung off of them before material separates. I have more experience with studding stuff.
I am not bothered with hidden or ugly looking wall mounts, strength and rigidity is more important to me than aesthetics.
Any and all ideas are welcome.
Any questions let me know.
