Roof
Ive just taken a row of tiles of my roof and noticed water staining on the membrane. The battons are all dry and there is no moisture inside the loft just on the outside of the membrane under the tiles. Its a breathable Tyvek membrane and the roof is only 6 years old. Is this condensation even on the outside and will fascia or roof tile vents help as there is no fascia vent.

Why not take some more tiles up (Higher up, not left to right) and have a look

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.
If gloom had a voice, it would be me.
