The edge of our conservatory window shelf is getting messy and grubby, but can't find any suitable trim for the job. Did try sealient but does not last long and gets messy.
The issue is the 10mm x 1mm bit which is part of the window (bottom), this stops all the usual quadrant trim from fitting well.
Any suggestions or link to some suitable trim.
I would cut the shelf corner cover to allow the trim to fit well in the corner.
Cheers,
Graham.

Why is the sealant failing would be my first question.
A decent silicone cleaned regularly should last 10 years or so IME.

I would clean the area thoroughly, may need silicone remover, wipe with methylated spirit, make sure fully dry then apply silicone with profiling tool and patience. Ct1 and Dow corning are good brands.
