Acceptable work?????

Having bathroom tiled by a local bathroom fitter with years of experience but i have concerns.
See photos.
Gaps are not even will this look better when grouted or is it a bad job.Also spirit level shows gap,are these gaps etc within tolerance or am I being picky?

You are paying for it, if you are not happy he can not guess.
