Dealing with separating edge tape....

Hello everyone,
I live in a modern house that’s about 12 years old. Recently, I’ve noticed that the paper tape used along the edges of the rooms has started to peel away from the wall, leaving visible lines at the edges of most rooms (see picture).
To fix this, I’ve considered two possible solutions:
a) Apply some wallpaper paste to the areas where the tape is lifting and hope it adheres again. or b) Cut away the lifted sections of tape and use a light filler to smooth out the imperfections.
I know neither of these options may seem very professional, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has a recommended solution for this issue.
Thanks in advance!
