floor
i bought a new house and the kitchen as a tiled floor under the tiled floor is screed with piped underfloor heating but there is a expantion gap running through the middle of the floor and where the expantion gap is the tile grout keeps cracking the tiler says he used flexygrout. can any one give me any advise how i can over come this problem. thanks..

You could replace the grout in the expansion gap with a flexible grout like this from Ardex- http://www.ardex.co.uk/ardexflex_fl.asp
as long as the expansion gap is less than 15mm wide you can use it.
