About right...
Leave the yard just after 5am, get to the job in middle of London about 8.30.
9am, weve got a parking ticket.
No genie lift yet.
Do what we can, then the lift turns up at 1.30pm. Tries getting the other bit of the job up, whoever measured it didnt notice that the wall runs out by 40mm over about 800mm each side
Need to bring it back to the workshop to 'adjust it'
Then got caught in traffic coming out. Got home about 8.45 tonight.
Typical job

Even our wardens now zip around on their scooters, I stopped a guy writing me a ticket the other night, 7.30pm hardly any cars about, and being a lazy git parked in the bus stop and went to buy a loaf of bread. Came out to find two vultures taping in their terminal, asked if they had written it and they said no and then bollocked me for parking in a bus stop - fair cop I hear you say, the last bus for that stop is 7pm! Just a legal method of stealing!
