Corded hammer drill recommendation?

I've got a concrete garage which is laid on a concrete base & at times I need to drill a few holes for brackets, wiring etc but I've been using a cordless 24v hammer drill I bought cheap a few years back.I'm finding it's just not upto the task anymore & was looking at getting a corded drill.

My dad swears by his Black & Decker corded hammer drill that he's had for years but I thought I'd ask for opinions please.

Anyone recommend something decent?It's not going to be used every day,just general DIY as & when needed, say for sub-£70.

Hoovie came up with a good idea of getting giftvouchers to make up the price to get free post and packing, you can then use the gift vouchers next time

Black and decker used to be good thirty years back, now they are not so good.

The Ryobi is just what I'm looking for & I need to order a few things for the electrics for my garage so it should bump up the order value. :D

you can normally pick up dewalt sds drills off ebay for about £50 could be worth a look
