WTF does that mean???
get this all the time with sports commentators .... saying things like "Arsenal are now within a point of Chelsea" for example, when Arsenal have 21 points and Chelsea have 22.
Now to my mind, difference between 22 points and 21 points is 1 point, NOT within a point Within 2 Points, ok, but not WITHIN a point.
Where does this phrase come from and why do these stupid commentaters and reports keep using it
"Within a point"
