Post by rio. »

why is the plumbing forum seperated into so many sub forums? :?

i cant see the point, it just makes the site navigation harder in this section.

In true democratic style I'll organise a poll and if people think the sub forums in the plumbing section should go I'll remove them

OBJECTION!!!

In spite of the so-called democratic system the plumbers section has been changed for the worse.

Who is managing this democratic system? Tony Blair (as he cannot do teh job he has at the moment).

By the way I think that the sparky section should be sub-divided as follows -

1. Consumer Units.
2. Sockets.
3. Lights Switches
4. Fuse Spurs.
5. Cables t/e
6. Cables SWA
7. Cables Flex
8. Cables XPLE
9. Drilling holes in walls and other complex jobs
10. Rewiring a house
11. Making good the crap done by plumbers.
12. Making good the crap done by chippies
13. Avoiding builders
14. Best tea and coffee
15. How to lift floorboards
16. How to avoid work altogether yet get paid
17. How to avoid being registered under Part P
18. What to do if 'approached' by the wife of the home being rewired.

as time progresses I will think of a few more....

Unresolveable arguments over what the regs say?

New regulations invented by "electricians"?
