Law in Brittain 2009.

Post by thescruff »

A Driving instructor that was assaulted as she gave a lesson, had her case thrown out by Bristol crown court today, because her impressive display in the witness box was likely to sway the jury :wtf:

Wonder how much of a backhander the Judge got. :angryfire:

Democracy and the Law are both dead in Great Britain (as we knew it).

I think we actually may be better off if Robert Mugabe came here to run the country at least it would be open corruption rather than corruption behind closed doors.

The day will come when people will start taking the law into there own hands

To many do gooders and gutless wonders seem to run our lives

I bet if there was a public vote for hanging and capital punishment there
would be a high vote in favour

And for those against, they would soon change there mind if it were there
child that had been murdered or raped (so shut it)

2 years in prison with all the mod cons what hardship or punishment is
that, now if they were given 2 years with a bed and bucket only then the
prisons would start to empty out a bit
There would be less trouble in the world
if l had not had six daughters

it was all down to the only evidence was her seening him, and she was to good of a witness the jury were bound to fall in her favour.

but the judge isnt all bad, its the same one who let a peodo off because the 11 year boy 'seemed' to enjoy it!!
such is life!

Up here in Scotland we have this absurd verdict of "Not Proven" :wtf: You are ever guilty or not guilty.

The amount of murderers, rapists and Ars. holes, who have not been sentenced due to this verdict is unbeleivable.
It may seem difficult at first! But everything is difficult at first.
