JML Exact Saw

Hello everyone,

I know that the JML line of products is normally a bit cheep and cheerfull, but I saw this thing called the Exact Saw yesterday.

It looked as if it would be good for tiling and wood flooring.

Has anybody used one and can comment on its qaulity?
