So, had a problem with IE. couldn't get on the web. Norton pops up, says it has found a problem with IE and click on this link to fix.....IE won't connect to internet though
So having not created a back up disk have to reset the laptop to factory and lose all the other stuff on it...
So having then down loaded all the updates etc. necessary to get back to where I was IE stops working again
Norton then pops up and tells me it's found a problem with IE, click on this link to fix..
New laptop! last one got smashed
