Help with Possible Damp/Mould

Post by freeman »

Hi There

Could someone have a look at the photos I have attached and tell me if they think I have a damp/mould problem. I noticed a couple of black spots appearing on the celing in the bedroom (I live in a 3-storey top floor flat) so went into the loft to check if there was a leak. I couldn't see anything but thought the roof of the loft looked strange. The flats were built in the 70s. Any help would be appreciated!

That looks like condensation rather than a leak!

Looks like bad air flow and condensation, out of interest what is that boarding over the rafters?
If you think nobody cares, try missing a couple of payments..
