Help!!
I bought some marble tiles for my bathroom. They are 10mm thick and white with a few smoky veins. Trouble is they are turning grey once I put adhesive on them and stick them to the wall.
I am using white BAL adhesive for stones which cosat an arm and a half. After waiting for 3 days they turn slightly less grey but still nowhere near white.
What am I doing wrong or what shall I do?
Please help!!!!

are you sure its bal White? have you sealed the tiles? Have you dot and dab the tiles on to the wall?

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I am sure its BAL white. Bought them from Topps tiles and paid 55 quid each bag!!
I have not sealed them before starting and plan to seal them after grouting.
I am applying the adhesive as a layer over the tile and not dab and dot-ing it.
Cheers,
James

You should seal them before grouting otherwise the grout may stain the tiles.

don't panic, the water content of the adhesive is being sucked into the tile, they will all become uniform and lighter within 4-5 days, seal before grouting as Stoday says, seal after and buff... :-)
