Hello,

Just started here, I discovered the site a couple of weeks ago and now it's a regular lunchtime haunt.

Doing up a 1930's house with my partner at the moment, but to keep rather that these TV do up and sell on scheme.

The whole place has needed gutting and redoing.

The story so far.....

House Rewired, Replumbed, and New CH (All pro done)
Bathroom fitted, tiled Floor to ceiling (2000 4" tiles....never again) small bits left to do
2 Bedrooms complete, 3 is the current job
Living room, new fireplace, and complete except (VERY) expensive curtain rail required (not yet to skint!)
Dining room complete, including huge fitted glass front cabinet taken from the kitchen and restored. (looks good, I'll put up pictures of it)
Kitchen Almost complete, Couple of blinds to put up.
Left to Do:
3rd bedroom, Needs a complete replaster.
Hall Stairs, Landing. Needs a complete replaster and removal and replacement of the hall ceiling as the nails for the lap and plaster battens have rusted away below the bathroom. Therefore, very saggy!
Garden (I love to do the garden, but the other half moans if I leave the house DIY for 2 long.

So thats it. Wish I'd discovered the site about 2 years ago, but hey ho.
Next little job is skim plastering the ceiling in the 3 bedroom.

Onther half is currently adding jobs to the list twice as fast as I am removing them.
