Recently got myself one of these:-

Used it to make tricky cuts in a couple of floor tiles.

Brilliant!

No, had to get the ceramic blade seperately - about £18 from B&Q.

The tool itself cost me about £65 and came with a bi-metal segment blade, a plunge cut blade, the sanding pad and a selection of sand paper sheets.

So far have also used it for trimming up an awkwardly placed bit of decking board with the plung blade, under-cutting architraves and skirtings with the segment blade, and some sanding (it's a fierce sander!!)

As already pointed out, The bosch PMF 180E Is a great piece of kit for cuts like this, or you can use a diamond wheel cutter like this-

I've never been able to do that accurately enough to get the hole exactly the size and position I want it.
