Cutting a square hole in a Tile

Need to re-tile around some plug sockets that will get moved ,whats the best way to cut out the hole for them ?
seen some jigsaw blades for ceramic ,are these any good
only cheap 15x15 tiles so no big deal if i break the odd one trying

Used it to make tricky cuts in a couple of floor tiles.

is the blade supplied ok for ceramics then ?

No, had to get the ceramic blade seperately - about £18 from B&Q.
The tool itself cost me about £65 and came with a bi-metal segment blade, a plunge cut blade, the sanding pad and a selection of sand paper sheets.
So far have also used it for trimming up an awkwardly placed bit of decking board with the plung blade, under-cutting architraves and skirtings with the segment blade, and some sanding (it's a fierce sander!!)

As already pointed out, The
bosch PMF 180E Is a great piece of kit for cuts like this, or you can use a diamond wheel cutter like this-

I've never been able to do that accurately enough to get the hole exactly the size and position I want it.
