Hi Again
Are split load cu,s varialble IE can I have the split on say the ring in the kitchen only with 30mA rcd as this is the ring that I would use any outdoor tools on

A lot of mnafacturers sell them in a certain configuraion IE 6+6 or 6+4 but if you buy an MK one then you can just buy the enclosure, main switch,RCD and a split load kit to configure it any way you want. If it is only the one circuit you want RCD protection on why dont you just use a single module RCBO which is an rcd and mcb combined in one unit, that way you can just put it on the circuit you need in a main switched board, no need for a split load board.

If it isnt broke dont bloody touch it until it bloody well is and if it is broke then make drawing of the connections before you remove the broken one and replace with a new one LoL
Thanks Nick
I knew there would be a way to do this its just I don,t have a lot of practical experience on using the products availabe for general / domestic installs being limited to defined applications with some variation
Thanks again
