GP,
You have probably got a corrupt forum cookie that is causing the problem.
What browser do you use?
This will remove all your cookies so you will have to sign in once to every forum that you visit, to set new cookies.
If Internet Explorer v8, Open it -> Tools -> Internet Options -> In the General Tab, under Browsing History, click Delete.
In the list that appears, place a tick in:
Preserve Favourites,
Temp Internet Files,
Cookies,
History.
Click delete and close your browser.
Re start the browser and log into the forums, you will have to have your passwords for this.
In Firefox it is a little easier, you can just remove the UHM cookies.
Tols -> Options -> Privacy Tab -> Show Cookies -> find and delete the UHM Cookie.
Restart Firefox and log in again.
If you use IE and this only happens on this site, an alternative is to use Ccleaner to look at the cookies loaded and just delete the UHM.

GS,
Glad that worked, now repeat the first part of the instructions and UNTICK Cookies otherwise you will keep removing them when you clear out temp files etc.
Also, in the General Tab you can now tick the box 'Delete Browsing History on Exit'. This will clear your temp files and history when you close the browser, but if the Cookies box is not ticked, it will leave them alone. Which will save you logging on everytime you visit a site.

No, don't bother if Norton does it, just untick Cookies where I told you to tick it to remove the corrupt one.

Select 'Ignore' or whatever is their option and click Apply to all.
Looks like norton is blocking the cookies and so the UHM site does not know, automatically, that it is you and thus you are still having to log on.
Once Norton knows to ignore the cookies, there should not be a problem.
dave.
That is another reason that people often (rightly) say don't pay Norton again and stick with the free programs. You have a little more control over most of the free programs and they do as they are told and don't think they know best.
