Not an expert with firefox is it causes a few problems at angies house as well, but a different problem than you. Hopefully one of the experts will know the answer.

I'd just tell you to use Internet explorer

I have exactly the same problem with firefox.
A few months back I was having shedloads of problems with IE, and someone on here recommended firefox. If you look back in this forum a few months back you'll find the replys I got. (No help though...)
Turns out IE itself was corrupt.. not saying which websites i'd been visiting.
In the end I had to uninstall IE, then download IE using firefox!
Have had no problems since

I'm also on firefox and have no problems.

Have you tried upgrading to the latest 3.5, or do you actually have this version?

sounds like its not retaining the log in cookie for some reason
try hitting F5 to refresh the screen
also are you clicking log in or hitting enter?

Gas,

Just a point, which browser did you use to post the screen grab and the original post in this thread?

Are you using the correct log in password? And using the capital letters as necessary?
It sounds obvious but Firefox should not stop you logging on.
When you enter your username and password and then tick the "Always remember" box, does Firefox offer to save your password?

DO NOT update to the 3.5 version as it is a new release and some addons do not work with it yet, so stick with a version that we know does work (or should).

to be honest, I find the 3.5 works better than the 3.0.11 release, plus all my add ons are present and working.

think its because its been in development for so long

know what your saying, but norton auto fills in the id and password if I'm on IE or firefox, so i think it must be something to do with firefox.

I have always found that several 'plug ins' did not work with the old firefox as well, but as these were minor ones that were not used too often it was never a problem.

I've been very pleased with 3.5 and it is noticably quicker to the human eye.

I have also got the latest IE8, but got fed up with 'not responding' all the time :cussing:
