Is there any disadvantage to running the titanium wire on the out side of the wall to be treated?

I have never heard of anyone running it on the outside, but it if could be seen I guess someone could cut it or steal some of it.

I am very interested in using this technique on both sides of a brick cavity wall but the suggestion here is it is not usually used on the outside (unsightly or otherwise). Would a chemical dpc be normally used outside with e-o on the inside?

Mr Ultimatehandyman, I spotted a very old thread from back in 2005 where you say e-o is fantastic. Im very interested to know if this is still your opinion 4 years later??
Cheers

Normally they only install an electro osmosis DPC on the inside of the property.

I'm still in favour of it as it does not use any harmful chemicals, is clean and relatively easy to install and is still working in a house where I had it installed 10 years ago.
