Mind the gap...

As the photo shows I have a gap which has developed between my bathroom floor tiles and wall tiles. The house was a new build when we bought it and it had been empty for approx 12 months before we moved in. About six months so we ended up with this gap. I have kept an eye on it and after 18 months it appears to have stopped scaring me and remained unchanged. I'm assuming it's minor settlement being a new house????
My question is what is the best way to treat it?
I plan to remove the existing grout with my new Bosch PMF 180E to clean up th edges. Should I fill the gap with polyfilla and then grout or use something flexible in case there is minor movement?
