Can I lay tiles over existing floor tiles if so how do I prepare it for
tiling what adhesive do I use, do I need sealer on floor before laying tiles

You can
tile over tiles but it is frowned upon by some of the professionals.

Would imagin that if your tilling over existing floortiles you will have to trim the bottom of your doors, your also going to have a step with tiles on tiles going into the room.

Tiling over tiles is perfectly OK provided the floor is concrete. Not something I would be keen to do though due to (as mentioned) tile height
Contact Bal or similar for advice on cleaning existing tiles and what adhesive to use.
I can imagine a Rapidsetting Flexible adhesive suitable for Porcelain would work just fine.
