The sheets are profiled from pre-coated coil stock and then insulation is bonded to the underside. One of the few names I know of is Steadmans, but you could always try under "Cladding" in Yellow Pages as these profiles are generally sold as a building cladding system for commercial premises.

They are called 'composite panel' sheets,
Polyester coated coloured outside and white inside sheet, with foam insulation between.
You can buy direct from coruspanel, or for smaller quantities try a local industrial/agricultural building contractor.
