Whats the best way to remove ONE tile - without damaging the surounding tiles?

I ask becuase our toilet roll-holder was attached to a tile, and the tile failed. The tile cracked and part of it came away. Thanks.

ok the solution is simple
First, remove the old grout
the expensive, you need to incise the plate to the cross
then cut into pieces using a chisel pick tiles
clean up the place and insert a new glaze
