I have a problem at times when I recieve an emailed photograph, my computer will open it with Word 2000, and all I get is a pagefull of numbers.
As I have got Works Word on my computer & do not use Word2000, can I remove it to solve my problem.

Which email program are you using?
Do the pictures come in the body of the email or are they as an attachment?

Try right clicking on the picture icon if it is an attachment and select Open With or Open and you should get an option menu depending upon which email it is. Choose open with Windows Picture Viewer or another picture program instead of a word document program.
