Fitting a bathroom light

Help please!

I would like to change the light in the bathroom, I have checked and there is an earth wire!

Can I fit any type of light in there or does it need to be a special type?

The light is about 8 feet from the floor and is in the centre of the room and is not near the bath or sink.

probably a zone 3 light but you need to check the distances
