Just had a nice 15 minute phone call from these guys who call themselves "Support on Click" and are apparently working on behalf of Microsoft. Apparently my computer is running slow and they can help me improve the speed. We went through my EventVwr and apparently all the logs in there point to viruses and intruder attempts - yeah really So in order to fix this they then went on to tell me to go to their website soc321.com - NOT
Having given me this, a quick google showed their scamming intentions.

So I kept them on the line for over 15 mins before telling them to get lost - must cost a bit from India.
Seems like they've been active in scamming OZ & NZ up till now so be careful out there guys.

There's a shortage of credit, jobs, food etc, but there's never a shortage of crooks eager to get their grimy hands on your hard-earned cash.
