Ccleaner has been updated, just open your Ccleaner and click on the 'Check for updates' link on the bottom right.

Beware that the "Install Yahoo Toolbar" is ticked by default so when installing, ensure that you UNTICK the option (unless you actually want the Yahoo Toolbar).

No need to uninstall the existing version.
