Was Current Macclesfield manager but had spells at Lincoln taking us to 4 play offs (didnt win any though)

all the sport critics are complaining that ''not enough black managers in football''? they go as far as blaming it on the Board???

what do they expect? people are not prepared to learn the trade the proper way. They constantly go for the big clubs. is it any surprising that they fall along the way ::b

take Paul Ince. Nice chap, all he had to do was stay at MK Dons. But oh no. once Blackburn came calling, he parked his bags and left. What has he achieved as a result of leaving MK Dons???

Had he stayed there, he'd have got his team promoted, would have gotten the respect of the fans, etc etc :angryfire: John Barnes didnt fare that well either, did he ::b ::b ::b
