Two years ago I bought into a 2-year deal with McAfee Security. About this time last year McAfee took a further 1 year subscription from my credit card. After bouncing several e-mails backwards & forwards they finally agreed they had got it wrong and that I did have a 2-year deal which would finish 10 March 2010 --- but it was hard work.
Now McAfee have taken a further year subscription a month early (on 12th February) and this time I'm unable to get any reply from McAfee to my e-mails. My question is:- How do you get in touch with McAfee via a route that will bring a reply? Their operation smacks of sharp practice to me.
