One of our neighbours is at Brands hatch over easter weekend alnog with his passenger partner:

British Sidecar champions, John Holden and Andy Winkle

John only lives about 100 yards down the lane from us, and when I was talking to him last week, as he was building up the sidecar in his garage, I said that I could not imagine Button, Hamilton or any of the others being in their own garage along side the house, doing an oil change or putting the finishing touches to the areofoils of their F1 car before a meeting.

Johmn and Andy spend all their spare time all winter getting the bike and sidecar ready for the season. That is dedication.
You can always tell a Yorkshireman,
But you cannot tell him much.

Been a lot to BSB at Brands, always get a headache, but for entertainment thrills and spills has to be the sidecars for me, and yes your right Carl you must have to be mad.
