I have just changed from Kaspersky to McAfee security, It keeps telling me about an unwanted program Adware-DoubleD.dll and what do i want to do, so I tell it to remove this program, it keeps alerting me, is this program installed somwhere on my computer? and what do I do..

Because McAfee cannot remove it, that indicates that it is possibly just a snapshot of the Adware still in your System Restore Points. Unless you do a system restore, it cannot reinfect your computer, so the easiest thing is to purge your restore points and then set a new one.
Purging System Restore
To remove all SR Points thus removing any contaminated ones:
Turn OFF System Restore then turn it back ON and then set a new restore point.
In XP:
Follow these instructions (method 2)
Then set a new restore point by following these instructions.
In Vista:
Follow these instructions.
Then set a new restore point by following these instructions
In Windows 7
Follow these instructions
Then set a new restore point by following these instructions
Once you have done that, run another scan with McAfee and it should prove clean.
