i have had a look at it mate,do you use it yourself,is it the one for £105,i have found the bosch gtl3 on a web site for 20 pound more,is it worth just paying that little extra for the bosch as it throws a 45 degree angle as well

when you said cheap i thought around 30-50 bucks lol..

dont have the bosch one mate,i have a dewalt one very similar to that one.
if you have the money mate, yes then i would advise that bosch one for you.
i also have ryobi one thats good to(cant remember the name tho) its covered in all sorts, some where in the van along with my other ones lol
imo i use the folding square 90% of the time, the laser levels to come out to play now and again lol.

laser levels are a peice of kit you pick up along the way.. :thumbright:
but thats a good price imo..

Stanley do a good one that gives 90degrees on the floor.

I have the dewalt which I use for straight line on floor, as I tile floors to straight parallel line. If I mark 90 degree then I use 3:4:5 and work to that. The Dewalt comes in handy for me as I mainly do carpentry.....funnily enough lol. My dewalt does level and plumb but never used it both ways at same time on floor, it might work for tiling.

i have the pls 180,i know its a luxury but we have been awarded a grant to get some tools with so thought we would purchase one,i generally use the pls to through the line down the room then use my 90 square to come off it,but i know the bosch creates a 45 degree angle as well which is handy fo the odd floor done on the diamond

My Dewalt doesn't do 90 degrees on the floor. Checked today. Good job I didn't buy it for that lol

The PLS has a fixed beam for the cross hairs and out of level applications.
