Dear Community
Yesterday I thought I had finished by bathroom, but today it seems that fulling the bath tub has caused a crack where the wall tiles and tub meet. Please see image below:
How do I remedy this? Not only does it look awful, but it will also allow water into the gap which is not good.
Please advise.
Thanks
Oshiro

Re: Crack between bath tub and tiles
you should leave a 2mm gap fill the bath with water then fill with silicon
so when you empty the bath its under compression and when its full its relaxed

Re: Crack between bath tub and tiles
I would normally fill bath last job of the day, silicone around it and leave it over night, then empty bath in the morning.
What you need to do is clean off the walls and bath. Fill bath with water apply silicone and leave it over night. Hopefully you supported the bath on battens screwed to the walls!
